ESWA is looking for a Website Consultant!

Exciting opportunity for sex workers to build skills and gain experience in web design in the context of NGO work!

ESWA is looking for a freelance consultant to update the our website to reflect our new Strategic Plan (2026 - 2030).


💶 Compensation: 1750 Euro 

📍 Location: Remote, based in Europe or Central Asia

📅 Start Date: April 2026

📃 Project Duration: Until 31.05.2026

⏳ Deadline to apply: Monday, 13.04.2026, 23:59 CET

☂️ We strongly encourage applications from sex workers, particularly racialised, trans, migrant, disabled or otherwise marginalised.

 

TASKS:

  • Reorganising ESWA website menu items to reflect the new Strategic Plan, including restructuring pages and menus
  • Updating ESWA website front page
  • Creating a landing page for the European Coalition of Sex Workers' Rights
  • Uploading new resources in the resource section
  • Implementing a Cookie Banner 
  • Testing and revisions

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience in web design / web development. Previous experience with Nation Builder is a huge plus!

  • Knowledge of the sx workers’ rights movement, commitment to ESWA mission and values

  • Ability to self-organise, work independently, and meet deadlines

  • Responsiveness via email

  • Reliable access to internet and PC/laptop
