Exciting opportunity for sex workers to build skills and gain experience in communications in the context of NGO work!
ESWA is looking for a consultant to support our communications team with the creation and distribution of the ESWA Monthly newsletter.
💶 Compensation: 320 euro / month
📍 Location: Remote, based in Europe or Central Asia
📅 Start Date: February 2026
📃 Contract Duration: Until 31.12.2026, 3 month probation period
⏳ Deadline to apply: 26.01.2026
☂️ We strongly encourage applications from sex workers, particularly racialised, trans, migrant, disabled or otherwise marginalised.
TASKS:
- Compiling, curating, and sending out the monthly newsletter
- Collaborating with ESWA team, the community, partners, and allies to find relevant content
- Creating a web version of each edition on the ESWA website
- Creating a LinkedIn version of each edition on ESWA LinkedIn
- Archiving the newsletters for ESWA documentation
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written English (Other languages are a huge plus, especially Spanish, French, or Russian.)
- Knowledge of the sx workers’ rights movement, commitment to ESWA mission and values
- Ability to self-organise, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Responsiveness via email and slack
- Reliable access to internet and PC/laptop
- Access to LinkedIn
