ESWA is recruiting a Policy Officer to strengthen our digital rights work at the EU and national levels. The postholder will support policy advocacy, contribute to research and analysis, and help ensure that the digital rights and needs of sex workers are represented in European and national tech governance processes.
We welcome applications from people at various stages of their careers, whether emerging, mid-level, or with established expertise, who can function in a fast-paced, community-rooted organisation working at the intersection of sex workers’ rights and technology.
Role: Policy Officer
Commitment: Part-time (3 days/week – 24 hours)
Location: Remote, based in Europe or Central Asia
Start Date: 01/10/2025
Contract Duration: Until 31/12/2026 (with possible renewal depending on performance and funding availability)
