The European Sex Workers’ Rights Alliance (ESWA) is recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Programme Officer to join our small team (remotely, in Europe and Central Asia) until 31/12/2025, with possibility of contract renewal depending on performance and the available funding. The aim of this post is to implement several upcoming projects - including the final implementation of a EU funded multi-member HIV project, coordinating some other HIV funded projects, capacity building activities, researches, webinars and attending relevant events such as the 2025 European AIDS Conference and the 2026 International AIDS conference. This post requires a combination of strong event organising, programme planning and implementation skills.
Individuals from marginalised and underrepresented communities, in particular racialised and migrant and trans communities with sex work lived experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
