We stand firmly behind the Commissioner’s position that only full decriminalisation of sex work can best lead to real protection of the human rights of sex workers.
On 15/02/2024 the outgoing Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Dunja Mijatović published her Comment on Protecting the Human Rights of Sx Workers.
The undersigned organisations warmly welcome the Comment as a timely & important step forward in recognising the human rights of all sex workers.
